Health Care Plans Terms and Conditions:
1. Plan is valid for 1 year only from the date of purchase, non- transferable and will not be extended under any circumstances.
2. The services included in the plan must be availed within the stipulated period i.e., 1 year from the date of purchase of plan.
3. Any services which are not utilized /availed during the validity period i.e. 1 year shall lapse.
4. You can cancel your purchase only within 7 days of purchase, through written request to [email protected], with valid reason to cancel the purchase.
5. Any ailment /condition needed surgical procedure, diagnosed before the plan is active or pre-existing will not be considered under plan.
6. In case your pet unfortunately passes away during the enrollment period, the amount of service at actual rates shall be refunded to you after deduction of services availed, if any.
7. If you want to enroll more than one pet, you get additional 10% discount on second enrollment.
8. Any services declared in the plan shall be billed to you at zero costs and any service not a part of plan will be billed at regular rates.
9. Preference will be given to you for appointment for non-specific vet consultation during your visit to our hospital.
10. Under any circumstance no money shall be refunded after 7 days of plan purchased, if you relocate to any other place where our branch is there you can avail our services there.
